How 'bout this....

Add this (no quotes)
"http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;%s"; this key:

HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\SearchURL\MSKB

If the key is not there, create it.

Then, when you want to search for a Q Article, simply type this into the
Address bar:

MSKB Q810030

Rick

Well before what I did was type in the keywords from the problem and a Q
then if there was a related article it would pop up, now I have to dig
through more stuff to figure out if it's been fixed already or not.
