[windows2000] SQL Server 2K Question

A previous tech had installed SQL Server 2K and put the data files on the
same drive as the program files.  Is there any way to change the drive where
the data files will reside?  I know when you create a new DB that you can
choose where to put the data files but I want the data files to default to
this new drive.
