Ray,

The short answer is that you can't shadow from the console.=20

(You can open a desktop session from the console and do it from there, I
think)

Hi group,

When I go into the Terminal Service Manager and connect to a terminal
server, I can see all the users who are logged in. The option to remote
control people's sessions is grayed out for me. We run Citrix Metaframe
XPe. I have full permissions in the domain (2000, domain admin), and to =
the
best of my knowledge, remote control is enabled on these people's =
sessions.
There are other people in my department who can remote control onto =
these
sessions, but they are using the Citrix management thing to do it. When
going into the TS manager, the option is also grayed out for them. Does
anyone know what has to be enabled for me to remote control a terminal
services session in a 2000 domain?

Thank you,

Ray at work
