I use Easycleaner (free) and TweakNow RegCleaner Pro (payware). TweakNow
RegCleaner Standard is free for non-commercial use.

EasyCLeaner and tweaknow pro have been working flawlessly ever since I
started using them, and do make a difference. With tweaknow pro, the
registry entries are grouped in "safe to delete", "maybe safe to delete" and
"unidentified". The two first are usually ok to cleanup, while the thrid
option may break something if deleted, and it has on a couple of occasions.
Nothing serious, but still... YMMV.

HTH.
