[windows2000] Re ProfileMaker and Office 2K with SP3

Hi all,
Has anyone here come across of an issue where by Profile Maker doesn't seem to
create a working valid Outlook profile when Office 2000 with SP3 is installed?.
It seems to create the profile, but nothing happens when user tries to run it.
