Microsoft keep very quiet about it (don't bother searching microsoft.com, for 
example) but it's in the Windows 2000 resource kit. Google has a fair amount of 
information but it's not the easiest tool in the world to use. It does allow 
you to set all aspects of scheduled tasks though.
