Dude it could be a ton of problems, there have been like a bazillion fixes
to IE since 5.01. Why don't you at least upgrade to 5.5 with SP's or better
yet jump right to 6? We've been using IE 6 at the library now for quite some
time with no problems on NT 4.0.

Windows NT 4.0, IE 5.01
When typing in a search box and pressing either enter or tab, IE locks-up.
We use Roaming profiles, have tried replacing with new profile. It then
works for a day or two and then goes south again. Has anyone had this issue
before? Sounds to me like it could be Java related. I have no idea...
