[windows2000] OT: Exchange problem

I have a user (or two) who is getting  "452  Domain size limit exceeded"
whenever they try to send to someone in their own domain.

 

I Goggled it and basically came up with zip.

 

There is a local Exchange server 2003, but the e-mail is POP3 with an
outside host.
