XP has grown on me, but I still thing W2K was the greatest balance. It was
hardcore like NT, yet not as challenging to configure. And it didn't make
me feel like a 6 year old the first time I installed it. I mean, come on,
the search dog in XP!? The "use W2K search style" is the first mod I do to
XP when I install it.

It wasn't bad, but XP beats it, hands down, for the desktop.
