[windows2000] Re: Mandrake vs. Suse

My understanding is that Mandrake is easier for people new to Linux.  It
was easy for me.  The install was easier than anything I have used from
Microsoft. 

It was super stable and I had no driver issues.

LOL, well it was a fork of Red Hat 5.0 so that shouldn't be an issue.
They split off because RH was going with Gnome and Mandrake went with
KDE for their window manager.
