[windows2000] Long start up

Just got through installing W2KAS (yesterday)and it just took 15 minutes for
the CAD prompt to show up. :-O For a small network, I think that's WAY too
long! I turned off the IIS stuff because that won't be needed as yet.
Everything was booting up pretty good until AD was installed. I would rather
not demote it just to get the quick startup. Anyway, haven't had my
Starbucks yet, maybe things will be much clearer then! :-)
