Hi,
Whoever hinted about the free Liberum Helpdesk should have a gold
medal!
Installed it today in the morning, and the have had it running
during the day on our intranet, and my god is it good!
Me, sysadmin at our dept, and the assnt sysadmins find it
refreshengliy simple to use, as do the users. We love the way a
user requesting support can a pinpoint a specific admin (all admins
have different main support areas), like "Mail", "Unix" or "Web".
