Don't have an answer, but a question/suggestion - have you considered
posting to the NTSYSADMIN list? It is a very busy list for system admins
hosted by Sunbelt Software on Lyris. URL to sign up -

(just don't try to get in RIGHT NOW - it seems the Lyris List Manager Server
