[windows2000] How to release a file lock?

Ok, this should be easy: I have a file that is locked as open, even
though it isn't in actual use: we're using TS, so I assume a crashed
session didn't release it properly.

I can use PSFile, and see that the fiel is indeed open, that it has 3
fiel locks on it, etc. But how can I unlock it with out a reboot?
