Jim, I tried doing what you suggested. I assigned the anonymous user to the wwwroot folder on the server where all of the files exist. But that didn't seem to help. Along those lines, I then decided to create a new virtual directory on the edge server, pointed it to the other server where the files are at. While I was going through the wizard it got to a point where it asked me for a username and password to run the application. I assumed that it meant the anonymous user on the edge server. Am I wrong? (And I have no idea what the password for the IUSR_<edgeserver> account is.) You might give access via the security tab to the IIS account to the directory on the other server or share that directory on the other server first.
