[windows2000] File Association

I'm testing Citrix XP on Win2k3 server. I want my clients computer to be
tricked into thinking that Excel and Word are loaded locally. So when a client
double clicks a .doc file, it automatically pulls up Word on Citrix and loads
the file they just double clicked. I think this is done through content
redirection but Word does not offer .doc as a choice. The only thing it offers
is .htm and .html. Any ideas on how to manually put in .doc as a choice?
