Not really because you could be a brit, using a UK keyboard, in GMT +8 time
zone! Flexibility! <eg> :-) This is what you get when you're (OS) trying to
b everything, to everyone.

Then you have another person complaining about shoulda, coulda, woulda, as
far as XP and NT and so forth. What's the point? Technology will move on
with or with him. <shrug> I'm sure someone out there, just like him, banging
away on a computer with wfw311!  :-)
