I believe it is recommended that the roles that you want transferred are to
be done prior to demotion.

Hello all,
When you demote a domain controller that is acting as one of the Operation
Masters, how do you know which DC the role gets transferred to? Is there
some sort of formula (assuming that after demotion, you have more than one
DC left)?
