[windows2000] Exchange 2003 deployment

We are moving from a pop3 server to MS Exchange server for approx 700+ users.

Does anybody know of a script or procedure that can be used to reconfigure the users' Outlook 2003 configuration to remove the internet email service and create and configure their Exchange Server service with the Exchange Server name and users mailbox info with login and password without having to go to each users' computer?
