Hi All,

I have a scenario where by Terminal Services Client sessions are being
terminated after 1 hour or inactivity. Once the session has been cut,
the users can not reconnect to their original sessions and therefore have
to connect new ones.

The disconnection of the TS Client sessions are occurring because of a
global
Firewall security setting. This setting cannot and will not be changed by
the
customer's Firewall support department.

Is there anything other than the setting that allows users to reconnect from
any client that would allow them to pick up the session that has been
disconnected by the Firewall?

Regards,
Rab.
