[windows2000] DHCP question

We have two domains setup, one is NT, the other is 2000. The domains have
different .com names but trust each other. What I want to do is retire a
server in the NT domain which is running DHCP for the entire network. I want
to set it up in the 2000 domain on a 2000 server. Obviously the .com names
are different....is this going to cause beacoup problems?
