[windows2000] Client PC and time

I've set my W2k machine via net time to synch with the 2K DC. The DC has the
correct time as it is synched to a military clock and I've checked the time.
If I do a net time from the client, the correct time displays, however the
clock on the taskbar shows about 3 hours off. The time zone is correct. Any
ideas as to why the discrepancy?
