Not much traffic on this list, hehe :) Anyway, I just feel that I should
inform you all that Slider! will have full support for Winamp5 in the
future. I got my hands into the leaked pre-alpha version of Winamp5 and
Slider! does work in it quite well with exception of few small issues which
I belive aren't that hard to fix. Also I have plans to support some of the
new features of Winamp 2.9 (mostly detection of Media Library and Video
screen, etc). I look into those issues more when official Winamp5
alpha/beta is out. Same applies to the mIRC Winamp script.
Will Winamp3 be support? No. Atleast not officially. You can still use
Slider through the 3rd party plugin manager, but I won't put my efforts
supporting Winamp3 more than it does now. But who will use Winamp3 after
Winamp5 is out? ;)
I haven't had much time to update or fix Slider, but all your suggestions
and bug reports are on my list. I will start purging that list when I got
the time. Also I'm quite happy with the Slider 2.0.0 build 202 as it's
quite bug free (past 6 months haven't brought any big problems into my
attention). So if you're still using older build (eg. one downloaded from
Winamp.com) I'd suggest you to upgrade now
