Stewart you not need a plugin for tding AACP streams. Its already part of the new SHOUTCAST DSP plugin. For more INFO go to: 
www.shoutcast.com
and go to the broadcasting tools link.

This plugin works with WINAMP to broadcast to the worlsd via any Internet station that supports SHOUTCAST V 1 or the new version 2.

I am unable to get anything configured its if all most like they broke something in the plugin
