hi all. I seem to have run in to a bit of a problem and am looking for some
help. I have winamp 5.31 set so that when I insert a cd it will play it in
winamp witch is good. When there is no cd in the drive how ever it says that
there is no cd and I can't seem to close it down unless I put a cd in. I am
wondering how I can fix this problem? I also would like to know when I used to
put in a audio cd it came up with a audio cd dialogue box that gave me options
like play the cd using winamp, rip music from the cd using windows media player
etc. I have selected play cd using winampand then tabbed over to where it says
always do the selected action and checked the box and so now when ever I
insert a cd winamp pops up and starts playing the cd. I would like to change
this back to where it says that dialogue box again and I have those other
options. How do I go about doing this? I tried un checking the box that says
launch winamp for audio cd's and then when i insert a cd windows media player
starts playing it and I don't get that dialogue box that I was talking about be
for. I would like to get that box with the options to rip the audio from the cd
using windows meadea player or play audio cd uisng winamp or oapin cd to view
files and then you tab over and it says always do the selected action or never
do the selected action check box not checked. Many Thanks for any help that
any one can give me with this. from Mich Verrier from New Liskeard Ontario
Canada.
