Due to the large amounts of spam that I receive in my email on a daily
basis, I am asking people who contact me for the first time to go through a

verification process to ensure that I am receiving mail from a human and not

sell me viagra, etc.
All you have to do is to reply back to this email, leaving the subject of
the message intact, and your email plus all future mailings will go through
