What Jake is talking about, y'all, is when a new version of Winamp is installed, and after installing it, you hit the Run Winamp button. The file he's refering to plays. if you want to hear this file, go to c:\program files\winamp and look for a file called demo.mp3. Obviously, It doesn't play every time you start Winamp, imagine how annoying that would be!!!!
But I hope this finally clears this silly thing up.
