There is a plugin called PaceMaker that does this according to what I have read. I haven't tried it myself, but you can get it at:

Hi. Rocksteady is good, but the one I keep going back to is called audio stocker. Again, google will be your friend on this one since I don't have a specific website to get it. but if you can't find either one, i think i have both of them here and can put it up on my website and provide a link. these plugins are very small so it won't take up much room.
