Just go to the major Geeks site listed in the forward and you'll get the latest build of Winamp. It was
www.winamp.comitself that had not properly been updated at the time. - Or just wait a day or two till the site is updated.
Install your winamp update as you usually do. Yes, you can install on top of your existing version. This will preserve your settings. However, some people recommend a clean install and if you encouter any problems, this is what you ought to do.
Btw, if you don't have a pro license for winamp, you can still use the pro installer. It will install and give you all the features of the free version. The features of the pro version will simply not be available.
