Successfully Using Plugins

Hi,
I wonder what plugins people are using successfully and what they do. Is
there a page somewhere that has this information so I don't have to bug the
listers every five minutes?

I just reformatted my computer, and I'm getting ready to put all of my
plugins back into winamp. I'm just not sure
where to put the .ini file for the octimax plugin. In older version, I
know I had to put it in the main winamp folder
under program files. I've read that winamp now stores bookmarks in the
user folder instad of program files\winamp, so
I'm not sure if that means that I have to put the octimax .ini file in a
different place or not. Any help would be
appreciated.
