Strange winamp issue concerning internet radio in winamp library

HI all.
can anyone please tell me why under the winamp library when I select
internet radio, the combo box for selecting dialup and broadband isn't
visible?
On one pc here that combo box is available and on my laptop this combo box
isn't available when tabbing in the winamp library.
this is so frustrating and if anyone can tell me the answer i'd be ever so
greatful.
