Shoutcast plugin

Hi everyone,
Is there a easy way to get the shoutcast plug-in to come up in winamp? I do a
control + P to get into preferences and then go to plug in and DSP. Then I tab
to the combo box and up and down arrow in it and usually but not all the time
the shoutcast plug-in config will come up. Am I doing this correctly or not?
