SQR Plug-in and Error Message

Even though I do not have the SQR plug-in activated and in fact yesterday I
uninstalled it, yet I still did get an error stating there was an error
while waiting and to either Retry or Cancel. It comes up periodically. Any
clues what it is and how to rid it?
