Hi all. I have uploaded the Octimax 5.1 plugin to Sendspace. Here is the link.

After you unzip the file you will find two files, an executable file and an ini file. the executable file is the installer for the plugin. the ini file is simply a file containing the parameters that I use with the plugin. You don't have to use it if you don't want, but I am providing it in case you want a base setup to work from. If you do want to use my settings, all you have to do is copy the ini file to your winamp directory after you have installed the plugin. Note that the ini file goes into the winamp folder, not the plugins folder under the winamp folder. Also, further note that the name of the plugin is Octimax, not Optimax.
Octimax is an absolutely killer multiband compressor for winamp. This means that it will not only keep your songs at the same volume, but it will also remaster your songs on the fly so that there is a uniformity to the balance of the frequency spectrum throughout each song. Amazingly, it does this without hogging up tons of CPU the way sound Solutions does. Octimax 5.1 is what I use when I broadcast so if you have heard my shows, you have heard what it can do.
