Hi Bruce. I think I might be able to answer at least part of your 
question.   the line that says:
h2g2-15, I am guessing, refers to Episode 15 of the series, which would've 
been during the tertiary phase.
Now as for the#EXTINF: part, maybe that refers to the headers of the file? 
Each mp3 file or Ogg file has a header and I'm guessing that Winamp is 
somehow referencing that, I'm not exactly sure what it is or why.  But 
that's purely a guess.
