An error I'm getting when trying to select an encoder to add to the sam encoders

Hi all, I went and downloaded the sam encoders to give them a try, and in
trying to select an encoder to be added, I'm getting the following error:
Encoders
Access violation at address 01BBEE9E in module 'dsp_encoders.dll'. Read of
address
0000000E.
I have no idea how to fix this error, or what is even causing it. I'm
running windows XP home, along with JAWS 5.00.844.
