[win2kforum] connecting exchange through VPN ...

Hi All,
I want to configure Exchange Server2000 with VPN so that any one want
to check or send mail should dial through VPN ... either user should
not be able to access his account from outlook web ... first he have to
dial vpn and then get access on exchange ... Any ideas abt it .
