[wiaattorneys] DOL WRIS Agreement

We just received the USDOL WRIS agreement which indicates no major
changes from the old agreement, but what of governance, policy governing
board, and audits. I suggest we share our comments on this list serve
and work together as much as possible in reviewing this document. Joe
