Subject: Wiltondale Pool Committee Members Needed

Dear Wiltondale Pool Members,
The Wiltondale Pool Committee is expanding for the 2017 pool season! We
are looking for 4 new Pool Committee members to join us in the management
of the pool operations and all of our exciting events for summer 2017.
The reconfigured Pool Committee will be comprised of 3 subcommittees:
Executive, Events/Social, and Administrative/Operations.
The Executive Committee will consist of a Chair, Vice Chair, and Treasurer.
All Executive Committee positions must be held by Wiltondale Residents, and
this group will be the primary liaisons between the pool and the management
company (American Pool or its successor in future years). The Treasurer
will work with the membership coordinator and ensure that finances are
handled in a timely, efficient manner for purposes of billing, processing,
and reporting.
The Events/Social Committee will consist of a chair and
committee/subcommittee members. This group will be responsible for social
programming, including 3 holiday picnics, 3 teen nights, 3 float nights, 3
adult nights, movie nights, and the pool sleepover.
The Administrative/Operations Committee will consist of a chair and
committee/subcommittee members and be tasked with operations/maintenance,
including, grounds maintenance, swim lessons, and water aerobics.
Committee members will serve 3 year terms and will have the option to serve
2 consecutive terms. The 4 new members will have staggered terms (either
1, 2, or 3 years) and will be able to serve their initial terms and a
consecutive term.

org. We'll be accepting names for consideration until January 15, 2017.
