Baltimore County is now offering 311 service. The City has had it for many
years, and now Baltimore County has it for County Residents.You will be able to
ask any question about County services, i.e., code enforcement, police, trash
pick up, Covid 19 resources. I am told 311 is functioning now but for sure it
will be FULLY functional on Monday June 8, 2020. If you are near the border of
the City and the County when you call 311, you may get either. Be sure to tell
them you are a County resident. If you have questions about the County 311
service, you are welcome to call Amanda Carr, the Baltimore County Outreach
