Hi Angela.
Yes, anyone is welcome to attend the meetings. A quorum of the Board
is necessary and anyone who wishes to speak is optional, including the
committee chairs.
I have been juggling too many tennis balls these days, and as a
result, did not suggest a posting of the Board meeting date to the
general membership. That should have been done. Thank you for bringing
this up.
As for the solution at this point, hmmm...do you or anyone have a suggestion?
