Mrs. Scott, or Angela, would one of you please go ahead copy Proposal3
and name it Proposal4. Then make the changes to the footer on page 1
as suggested? I don't want to attempt that because I won't get that
fine of feedback to know if the spacing is right.
When complete, please post the Proposal4 docx file to this email
thread. If you can, please make a Sample pdf so people can see what it
will look like with content. I can take care of the Sample part if you
don't have save to PDF functionality.
Thank you.

Sorry Folks,***
It's me again. I think we need the faint bottom borderline on the* first
*page
also so that the end of the narrative doesn't run into the list of
officers. What do you think?

Attached, please find the change to the address in the footer of pages
2+. The address is on one line.
Sample PDF and Word document attached.
Everyone can compare both sample files to see which one they like the
most.
Thanks.

Hey Rodney, Angie, Mandee,the
Great job! I like the heading on the second page and the faint line at
footer. (faint line on the first page?). Also, on the second page, the
address if spelled out in a single line, i.e.,
1269 Supplee Lane, Gulph Mills, Pennsylvania 19428
westendcivicassoc@xxxxxxxxx
would save 2 lines of space for the second page. Just a thought. I'm
not
sure if we're past commentary on the letterhead. If so, I'm okay with
moving forward as is! Thanks all.

Good evening.
Attached, please find the proposed letterhead, and a sample PDF file
that will give you a feel for how it will look when in use.
Take special note of Page 2+. The header and footer are different than
page 1. This will happen automatically when the document has more than
one page.
We think this is ready for use, and hope you feel the same.
Thanks.
