Appears the hot water heater in the basement of weka has sprung a leak. I do
not have a key for access. Water continues to pour out!

Hope you enjoyed your holiday. I've received an email regarding renting the
building in January. I have not responded but would like to send a response to
her soon.
With that being said, we need to come up with a final contract etc. She is
asking for cost and particulars.
