I am saddened to hear this.
Although I have not had much interaction with Miss Ruth Anne, I have
heard many nice things about her and her actions from multiple people.
Angela H. also gave me a great account of the conversation they had
during the 2017 WECA election process.
Miss Ruth Anne is a member and we will need to create a condolence letter.

It is with a heavy heart that I am letting you know that Miss Ruth Ann

passed away. Her birthday was yesterday, and she turned 92 years old.
About 9 pm I went to her house to collect her mail and put it on the
ledge
where she liked to get it. When I arrived in the cul de sac, Ms.
Valentine, the lady who took her to all of her appointments and errands
was
there. She shared with me that she was waiting for the police. Miss
Ruth
Ann's sister (who lives in MD) had not been able to get her on the phone
for 2 days and was worried, so she asked Ms. Valentine to check on her.
There was no answer at the door. The police did arrive and Miss Ruth Ann
was found in the basement, and had passed away.
I am very sad. I had given Miss Ruth Ann a report on the WECA membership
meeting, She was always very interested in the goings-on she was
looking
forward to attending the Holiday Dinner. She had reminded me to let he
know what she could contribute. I and others will miss her dearly. If
funeral arrangements are made, I will let you know.
