Good evening Board.
I wanted to send this out so it is in one email and easier to get a
birds eye view of the quotes we have received thus far. We cannot have
all of the work completed when we consider the balance on our capital
account. So, we will need to make decisions on where the remaining
funds will go for this year.
We do not need to make any decisions until after Wednesday…see below.
Remember:
- Another quote is to be had from a different HVAC company on
Wednesday for ductwork replacement in attic.
- Hayward Vance Jr. (Vancy) is scheduled to come out on Sunday to
finish up plumbing work. He is charging for materials only.
Summary of both remaining immediate building work and existing quotes
for future work/possibilities.
Requirements for insurance
* One smoke detector in each room(Ladies’ Room, Men’s Room, Kitchen,
Banquet Hall) I would suggest 3 smoke detectors and 1 combination
smoke/CO2 detector.
* Kitchen stove hood is supposed to have a fire suppression system in
it. Need to price this out. Current stove hood fan does not work.
Hayward Vance Plumbing: $? materials only
* Currently scheduled to come out Sunday 11/6/2017 morning.
* Repair kitchen drain, replace kitchen faucet washers/inserts,
possibly mount kitchen sink so it cannot be bumped and drain become
dislodged again.
Electrical (No contractor yet)

* Install single box to accommodate double head flood light w/ sensor.
Should be wired to existing light switch that operates existing front
outdoor light.
