Yes, it is the same process but I am saying you do not need to advertise my
events through WECA emails so no need to discuss at our Board meeting.

would attach a PDF of the signed document. Either I missed it, or you

Since you are the renter, and you and Dennis are both the people
handling the rentals for the building, we need someone else to take
hold of the deposit.
I know when you initially brought this rental to my attention, I had
asked you push it through the Board, like usual. I believe there are a
couple activities on your schedule that conflict with some of the
things discussed as activities WECA would possibly put on, or host
through Parks and Rec. I just want complete clarity on everything.
We can discuss in the Board meeting on Monday in the Building Rental
section of the agenda.
