I want to let you know of a letter the West End Civic Association
received about Ms. Ruth Ann Robinson. It is a notice of estate
administration.
It seems that the West End Civic Association will receive $1000 to be
given out as a scholarship. The exact words from the letter is below:

I give and bequeath the sum of $1000 to the West End Civic
Association, Gulph Mills PA. To be used to provide a scholarship, or
scholarships, for a community student, or students, to be administered
by my sisters Priscilla Mann and Lucille Weeks, or either of them, if
they or either of them survive me.
I plan to reach out to Priscilla Mann either tomorrow or Friday to let
her we received the letter and to talk about next steps.
