Good morning.
Yesterday evening I spoke with Art Scott. One of the topics was
changes to the letterhead. He is on-board with the Chaplain coming off
of the letterhead. And he appreciated us reaching out to keep him
informed.
This morning I asked Mandee to reconcile the differences between two
different WECA Membership lists we have and the email address the
member will use. I asked her to send an email to each member to
confirm that is the address he/she/they would like to use moving
forward. We will also need to have a list of members we must
hand-deliver any meeting notice. (Once we solidify the Bylaws, we will
know exactly what we must to inform members of general meetings.)
I will wait a couple days to send the General Member Meeting
invitation email so we have a better chance of getting everyone at
once.
I spoke with Mr. White yesterday evening. He would like a copy of our
needs and wants for the building. I already verbally alerted him to
key points, such as the need for gutters, ceiling drywall, HVAC
ductwork, attic insulation, painting etc. But told him we have a more
comprehensive list. I have asked the Building Committee to aggregate
that email conversation (we reviewed at our Board meeting) into one
document that I can review, and send to Mr. White.
