My recollection is that the facilitator would be any of us on the bldg
committee and the board -whoever was available to do what needed to be done
- show, open, close, check, etc.
When you said Angela M. volunteered, I thought it was to do the
booking...and perhaps the other duties as she was available...
We'll talk about it on Monday at the bd. mtg...we'll all be on the same
page then.
