Good evening Board.
Attached, please find another draft of the Bylaws. A little bit of
formatting is required, but I wanted to get this out to you tonight
anyway. Formatting will be completed only after all content is
completed and agreed upon.
Barbara, would you please add some of your thoughts about the Bylaws
to this email thread to aid in the discussion?
Two things I wanted to point out is the change to the title for
Denise, Mrs. Scott and Barbara. Instead of just Board Member, the
title is Advisor. Doing so cleaned up some of the wording in the
document, and there is less ambiguity than if the individual was
called Director.
I changed the Honorary member description, to be able to partake in
all WECA events and activities. Still says no vote.
We will focus on the glaringly wrong things now, and things that
anyone just does not agree with.
Please give it a read over the next couple days and let me know how it is.
